guys wat the hell is a blinkie. i guess i'm just confused on whether i can use ones i see on other peoples' websites that i like or is that stealing? if the latter is true i'm fine with making my own but i'd just like to make sure. also how do you find web neighbours? if anyone can help, it would be very much appreciated :)
