Are you on paid neocities because you said they don't accept .mid files? If you aren't then you can't put music (except weird tumblr html creators that make you pass by the block), also im your first follower!
Edit: just found out that your username would say supporter so you aren't paying for neocities so you can't add music.

I kinda figured that I had to pay a subscription for that feature. No mater, I could just put a little note at the bottom telling visitors who want the best experience possible to throw on a midi version of On The Outside by Oingo Boingo since I'm a cheap bastard.
