I'm pretty sure I've been supporter for over a month... Does the $5 cover a year? Or do I get auto-charged?

i have read carefully the supporter page and i believe there is a monthly fee

Yeah, I've been seeing it through my paypal. Still cheaper than other hosting sites though.
