chattable problem resolved! [it wasn't down, only the chat i was linking the iframe to didn't seem to be working on the actual chattable site where you can see the chats you've opened. so i could rule out that it was an implementation mistake, i suspect that it's because i tried adding moderation words that made a weird saving glitch where the chat was loading over and over again.

i suspect it because when i try to rename a chat, which seems to be on the same 'editing' level as excluding words, and click on save, it doesn't save, at all. excluding words seemed to have the same problem except when you came back to it, you could still see the words you've added, but i guess the program couldn't decide between saved or not saved? therefore i just opened another chattable, without excluding words]
