do you mean "all html files in this particular folder use this particular css"? if you arent using a ssg youd have to link them manually

or if its just "files that are inside a folder," you have to add a "../" in front of the sty;esheet url to get to the parent directory

what if the css is in the home thingy and the html page is in a folder
