it seems like neocities is somehow storing and using my old css file. when i press view while in the css file it opens up an old version of it. i've tried fully deleting the css file from neocities' storage but it's still using the old version somehow. any of you four followers have any idea what's happening??? Edit: able to do a band-aid fix but still want to know what's going on
