Is there any info on what happened to onionroom.neocities.org? The site's url has been changed and it has a bunch of strange vietnamese text aout scholarships to new zealand, and all the links are broken. did something happen?

Not the person whom the question was directed at but as far as I know, the webmaster got doxxed and he deleted the site for safety reasons. And it’s a Page Not Found for me as well
