added a navigation box that should be useful in the future. maybe.

added a new C resource. I really like this one. It greatly helped me understand for() loops in the exact way I was hoping something would show me.

decided to add tags before every link. may or may not remove it later.

been meaning to add resources for Go, Rust, and Haskell. added the Golang and Rust websites just for now. I'll look for more of both and some for Haskell some time later.

removed useless paragraph from the beginning of /prgm, made a shorter version on /about. I plan to make some changes to the structure of /prgm at some point, hopefully soon.

added SICP. still too lazy to edit the page so the useless stuff at the top is at the right side of the page. also still too lazy to learn JS.
