Two things: 1) If we are talking about those gym guys, I think that it's because they have used so much energy, that it doesn't affect them much!! 2) Don't worry, I believe that you'll find it in the end, I just found out mine last summer!!
the only way I lost weight was by changing what I eat; you have to no longer see food as a source of pleasure, (at least in the beginning). eating a salad everyday is essential; if not that, then at least avoiding any grains
