cleaned some of the welcome page and worked on some background stuff for the interior pages. Added that turquois color to the boarders. Also floating bugs. so many bugs.

I haven't linked these to the welcome page yet, but will once I start updating the content later this month. I'm going away to visit family until nearly the end of the month and really wanted to get the bones of this site in place. Also bless rarebit for existing.
