hi there!! about a year ago you commented on my site asking if the tape you had seen on a shock website was of armin meiwes' crime- i'm not very savvy on neocities so i'm not sure how to respond, and only recently saw how to check my comments!! but i found some screenshots that sound similar to your description, so yes you had likely seen the tape. was armin meiwes the guy who made that video cutting up some dude he had hung up in his basement? i saw a video like that on some shock site b4 and it said it was a cannibal's tape from somewhere in europe
@kielljoy he didn't hang it up but iirc there is a video out there? to my knowledge it happened in a bathtub
