Ooops someone already got confused with the guestbook being a general comments section for the whole site so I added individual comments per blog post... better to solve that issue now than have to do it later

Added an expandable comments/guestbook to most pages. For now I'm just gonna bother with one because I don't see a need for a unique one every blog post rn
