Added extra preamble about webrings and directories, and also an example of the webring widget on the homepage to demonstrate.
I removed the Javascript form and improved the styling of the manual form. Also added a little "Page last updated" to the top of each page. 🌍
Hello everyone, I can finally post! I had hoped that that the form would have fixed itself once my account posting restrictions were lifted but no such thing has happened. Still accepting email applications!

It turns out blocking external data requests is intentional on Neocities part (first FAQ under HTML Editing about Content Security Policy). https://neocities.org/contact I've sent a message to support.
