[1/4] (TW: whining, mild venting) Wow, I didn’t expect a simple animation with a fox to get over 100 views, many thanks! +Special thanks to Mr. Cadeion for the follow. I was planning to eventually create what most of y’all do, a little personal webspace, once the semester’s over. Yeah, that’s a… thing – when I have to work on my dissertation thesis, I’m motivated to do absolutely everything except that.

[2/4] As a test, I uploaded an old university project here, and I found out NeoCities has very restrictive CSR. Beyond some whitelisted domains, making API calls is a problem (https://github.com/neocities/neocities/issues/484#issuecomment-1919920344). This goes against many plans I had for the website. I understand the *why*, but it’s a bit of a dealkill.
[3/4] With this and the other past issues I had with front-end web development (this was intended to be full-stack), I don’t know, after finding this out, I lost motivation and decided to just cut the project. Setups, configs, troubleshooting, paying monthly for a VPS, problems and problems. I’m tired of everything, of uni, of life in general, adding more to that is… well, no thanks.
[4/4] My website plans were nothing interesting nor special anyway – there is nothing the world will miss out on. i will keep the fox here tho, just chilling in his own space. don’t worry for the fox, he’s fine, he can survive, and he enjoys the peace and solitude … and once in a while, when someone stumbles upon his little web-planet, he’ll sure be happy to see them! even if for just a little while :)
