great post! it does feel like technology has moved past us, at first it existed to served our needs, now it feels like we're chasing it instead. the veneer of connection has all but chipped away from social media. i think a lot of forming connections is getting to know more about someone and with social media we can know so much about someone that it kinda removes that integral part of human connection at least imo
you touch on a lot of really good points and its something i've been thinking about a lot recently, especially AI and all thaat that brings. Summer Ghost seems really interesting too, i might go and check it out! :)
