On the near future: Information on Silly Cat is the web page I LEAST want to edit, but the next release requires it to be updated. Later then, I'll try to completely eliminate it -- and the faster the better!

I've connected either an old usual Samsung monitor and then an LG one. The latter's coolness lasted 1 day.

The latter could've been the best monitor I used so far. It displays colours more vividly, and has a blazing fast 5 ms responce time so I can finally experience the full glory of CRT flickering in a video. Both use 1280×1024 screen size, however, LG monitor is larger, which implies it has a non-standard PPI for which I dislike it. All UI elements look larger on it. Too bad the matrix is damaged though.

In the mean time, I'll zap the Windows XP Home Edition installation and replace it with Professional (there's a reason). I'll reduce its partition to just 16 GB, so I can have enough space to experiment with another OS.

There's well-obvious reason for that: way too many people tried to use Neocities as Twitter thanks to that convincing-looking `Post a message…' form. Well, thinking of how much Twitter clones/revivals are out there, you should love that microblogging format.

OK let's see what can I do with this web site short of putting in into shredder so it no longer bother anyone. I think that `commissions server' term-workaround isn't that far off the reality, as there's actually some good reasons for that can be found.

And I got an audacity to overvoltage my RAM from usual 1.6V to 1.75V and overclock bus speed to 220 MHz (110%) so hello 3.3 GHz CPU clock. Yes, I'm typing this from a desktop right now. (it can 1080p60 @ 40% of CPU, unlike the laptop)
