Worked a bit more on the irc guide, critics are welcome!

Great guide! Does the server have a cloak feature or something similar to hide my IP? I was considering wanting to get what they call a bouncer, but then I realized that you'd have to pay a certain amount per month for one..... that made me want to give up + Also considered a VPS as much as I'd love one. Eh, don't know if that really matters

@radicalblur sadly it doesnt have any way of cloaking to my knowledge, and without money using proxies or bouncers isnt a solution. Sorry :(

it shouldnt be too bad to reveal your ip address (as this is a very smal community) but if you dont feel comfortable then thats okay
