been getting spammed with "?OTRv23?" on my xmpp address from 2 contacts. no idea what it means or why they spamming it to me specifically

I get the idea of controlling the thumbnail of the site to show a profile picture incase you want to use this as a social media type deal, but i personally just stick to index cover

just got 2 garbage messages sent to my xmpp address. the nice thing is you can remove any contact, but MAN I NEED SOME REAL PEOPLE TO CONTACT ME ON XMPP
