Yeah, I agree. I've always wanted to create an independent website featuring just my findings, creations, and whatnot. But I didn't like the options available at the time (GeoCities had long closed down, and AngelFire, Tripod, and Freewebs were dead), so I had to use Tumblr for quite some time. One of these days, I would like to make this site fully independent with its own URL, but that's for another day.
