I'm seeing a weird thing happen on some of my pages. I have two stylesheets, the second one in the HTML file overrides rules from the first. But sometimes on some pages the secondary styles "flicker" in that they'll stop being applied, reverting to the first stylesheet's styles, but only sometimes and clicking, moving the mouse around, or refreshing fixes it. Any ideas??

I'm seeing it happen on this page: https://zpires.com/worlds/universes/mutania/encyclopedia/commerce-trade/ The top navbar changes background colors/borders and the header backgrounds are sometimes there and sometimes not.
Sometimes it applies on the left side of the page and not the right! Argh! No idea what this is.
Can't reproduce it on Edge, only on Firefox...
