Added meta tags for i2p-location and onion-location (which means every single page gets updated 🙃), and reordered classroom links to be newest to oldest to match the changelog, while tweaking the ordering inside the categories to be in recommended reading order.

Updated paths to be more descriptive of what they actually are (no robots allowed to crawl, so ddg only gets the paths), and added missing encryption section to GPG article.

Made fixes and tweaks site-wide, and edited copy everywhere except the classroom articles.

Added scripts for Statite log processing, prompted by the I2P probing journalpost; the scripts can provide page hit counts, as well as list invalid queried paths. Also changed the signing script to only sign if there's actually been a change in the template (cuts down on update noise, as every time I made a change all the signatures were being rewritten, and the Neocities CLI would push them).

Added a whole new section—the Greathall. It's essentially just the journal portion of the site. Its first entry is on the blog being probed for vulnerabilities tonight, on I2P. Meta.
