Updated the randomizers to fix a rounding error, and make it so the tutorial isn't skipped in FF1 if you don't randomize (and/or custom-starter-ize) the spawns.
The FF docs have been updated to include the previously-unknown chip requirements for some FF1 spawns--it turns that these are tied to events. Because I was given this in a direct fashion, at least for now the generated spawns from the randomizer and spawns editor have not been updated.
