after 3 retries I'm finally satisfied with the layout of my website that I can get to work on background decoration elements and the actual heading of my website AAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHH!!!

Ok so basically I've been working with proper dev tools instead of updating my website via neocities so that's why my website suddenly looks really different LMAO
