Sorry this took me a bit to upload, but I got the preorder info brochure uploaded to Archive! It's a little beat up but all the important bits are legible still: https://archive.org/details/halo3gamestopbrochure

Thank you! I haven't seen this before, it's great to see. I'll add it to the website soon (w/ cred of course), thanks so much again! ^_^

Thanks for the follow! SUPER cool website. I used to be mad for Halo in the 2 through Reach eras and actually have a Gamestop preorder brochure for 3 that I got back then that I scanned very recently. Will try to get that online soon so you can check it out!

Hey!! Thank you, that means a lot! Your website and theme are great and I loved looking through it, awesome doujinshi section too :-) I don't recall having seen a Halo 3 preorder brochure before so this will be great to look at, thank you so much!

Some site updates: Uploaded all my demo discs scans, something I wanted to do before college starts again, uploaded CGM#117, added an “updates” sidebar to the magazine page, added a links/articles page under the “misc” tab for cool gaming articles I find and has at least one article already and… also working on a character shrine and a Halo 2 shrine… :)

CGM#117: https://haloarchive.neocities.org/magazines/CGM117 talks about Halo before Microsoft’s acquisition. Also looking to add a gaming log page so I can talk somewhere specifically about games both Halo and non-Halo related, I’d like to play Marathon for my next game, something I’ve been looking to get around to for a few years now.

Updated the mag/adv/merch sections into tables for easier viewing (personally), might add banners for each page to add a more special touch to them. Added a few magazines as well, did you know there were secret plans for a Halo DS port? and a failed movie (found in GamePro #238). Halo in the 2000s was extremely ambitious...

oh my god, the cancelled Halo movie... the magazine even mentions the Warthog that came from it!

I just wanted to say that your website is really great, and there's a lot of interesting stuff here I enjoyed reading through. That Project Cartographer site you shared for Halo 2 on PC was so cool, I had no idea something like that existed. Your Xbox page was nice to read too, many great games. Never played NSFU but lots of MW as a kid and still have it on Xbox, I will have to keep Underground in mind :)

Thankyou so much, I really appreciate the kind words :) I actually forgot about project cartographer, been distracted by other games the past year lol, plus now I have my xbox working again so I'll likely replay halo 2 there. And yeah both nfsu games are a must from that gen, whatever the platform! Your site is such a cool collection of stuff too, I'll be keeping up with what you add.

p.s. you might find this interesting: https://massivelyop.com/2018/11/10/the-game-archeologist-halo-universe/ there was a Halo MMO in development at one point; Bungie + Ensemble Studios (Age of empires). I've never heard of it outside of that article

Thanks for the article! I did hear about this before, but just from a Reddit post I saw with one piece of concept art, so reading this article + the shared Flickr page with many other art pieces is really great and reminds me to add it to the list of things to include on my site. I am glad to hear that you got your Xbox working again too, I also hope that one day you can play Halo 3 ^_^ Thanks a lot again.

hey! thank you so much, that makes me happy to hear, I Love Bees was an awesome campaign and is something I plan on including more about, there's a ILB lanyard on the merch page (that I realize now the photo link was wrong but is fixed). I also wanted to say your website layout is amazing, some really great stuff here. I also own that same Star Wars 360 that's shown on the homepage :) hope you find something good!

Your website is soo cool and I love the 2000s vibe of your homepage so much ♡ I like that you mentioned how hard it is to commit to a single aesthetic, I find myself being the exact same way, and having a different one for each page makes your website much more unique! Your music section is very nice too, I look forward to listening to some of your playlists.

That's so awesome to hear!! It's always nice meeting another woman with similar gaming interests! ^^ Halo 2 is my favorite in the campaign as well haha, it's a classic, and the Arbiter is one of my all-time favorite characters! As for Campaign Evolved, my sibling is going to buy it so I will be watching/playing with them, but I'm still excited to see more of the gameplay and graphics, how about yourself? :)
