also also i've been looking at other sites for some inspiration and found SO MUCH GREAT STUFF! but also last time i rabbit hole'd neocities, the uk online safety act wasn't even a thing yet and man it sucks how many of those same sites are just completely broken for me now because they used imgur as their primary image host.
