nvm its because catbox is down

I kiinda need help on the style css file thing. for whatever reason, if I change the style css file name thing it's still the default style css. I've tried refreshing, over and over, and it's just unhelpful. Update: While I have tried running the site on firefox, it shows up as a blinding white.
