slowly working on a pseudo-tutorial for Noctis. I realize now that its a lot harder than I thought for newer players to navigate things. Hopefully will have that up within the next few days or so!

Added the page on how to install NOCTIS! Hopefully its simple and concise enough, but if its too wordy or confusing (common issue when I try to explain things) just drop a guestbook message or PM me on discord!
