Thank you for the recommendation, the writing you linked discusses a very interesting subject! There are so many fascinating papers cited, I'm especially interested in Le Neindre et Al. "Animal Consciousness." From what I have read so far, animal uplifting seems like a challenging but also intellectually stimulating undertaking. Best of luck in your future endeavors!
