NeonBandit added to the links page and deltarune button added to the fandom page.

Replaced a link and added Beeps + Ghosting Pen to the cool people section.

Made the not found page more interesting and slightly modified Asriel's story. Also sorry for the broken audio prompts, forgot to remove them after removing the actual music files.

Replaced some stamps

I'm gonna start leaving update notes in the comments. Fixed the error page's css not working when going into subfolders.
