Updated the portfolio and about page!

I now have a chatbox! Go take a look!

Edited the navigation bar to add a forgotten Music page, added the portfolio, did some minor mobile-layout edits, and edited the homepage.

I'm allowed to post messages now! Huzzah! I'll post explanations to what I update so that you don't have to wonder what changed. Today, I added a blog post on my plans for the site, and started planning a mini portfolio! - EDIT: I also updated the homepage and the navigation! Several times in fact... -_-'
