Added a link to my youtube channel and a new video in the art section

Added some information about myself and a overview of the site to the index page.

Shuffled things around and added the header to every page.

I've redone my homepage. The rest of the site will be revamped in the coming days.

I've also changed the font from Courier to Sitka Small. I think it looks better like this.

Text of the update, for posterity: "UPDATE Halloween 2022 Behold, I live yet, and am not perished! I haven't updated this site in some time - 5 months to be exact - and for that I am horribly sorry. It's been a while, hasn't it? Nearly 4 months, to be precise. I added a new piece to the gallery.

In addition, I've added a "museum of artistic indiscretions" - pieces I no longer feel are fit for display, but keep to show my journey as an artist.
