Silver is subject to its own market conditions unrelated to land, which makes it a possible addition to a diverse investment portfolio. Land is a great investment as well and i would include it in a portfolio alongside other diverse things like precious metals and stocks. The more diverse the portfolio is the better the risk management will be.
