homepage barebones set up! still have to fix the bubbles' locations on the page

barebones of the flashpage? splashpage? is done! working on the homepage now :)

i can't believe I'M the computer science student and all my friends have better webbed sited than me. Unacceptable. Looks like I'm gonna hafta do something abt that >:)
