Hey the twitter link for accessibility stuff isn't letting me message you, but the moving background is an accessibility thing. You can try adding a CSS media query for prefers-reduced-motion to change the background to a still image or just remove the background if someone has set their browser to reduce animations. Sorry I couldn't message privately about this, please feel free to delete this message after.
