Added a proper header/menu!!!!(I wanna make the options flash and an alt format button option to make it legible for screen readers)

I JUST REALIZED THE MENU IS GONE SITE IS ABSOLUTELY NOT PRESENTABLE!!!

The site is now fully presentable!
