it was ok, I cooked it a bit too long by accident u_u (my mistake.) wasn't tender as I'd like it but oh well. Paired it with some garlic sauce to hopefully save it. I still have a T-bone steak in the freezer i'll make sometime next week and hopefully wont fuck that one up. and had a little bit of wine tonight :D
making a shimeji for mr. string's reference page, might make more for the rest lol.
