Neocities keeps disabling my domain every once in a while because I am blocking all bots with cloudflare and their bot can't check if my domain is working after the initial setup. This is a recent "feature" that wasn't an issue months ago. So now I'm left to choose between lowering down all my anti slop protection or stop using neocities for literally any other hosting method. I think the choice is quite clear.
