Neocities.org

I need some help, I'm trying to make it so the navbar at the top of my site displays text horizontally instead of vertically. I've tried using display inline block but that messes up the navbar's position. I'm new to web design so I'm probably missing an easy solution, I'd appreciate any advice you guys have to give!
