AT&T has changed my plan without my permission, and we've been hit with an internet bill $100 over what we used to pay. I might have to shut off my internet service until further notice because we can not afford that. If this can't be resolved we are filing a complaint, because changing plans w/o permission and getting hit with surprise +$100 bills is not acceptable.
