Neocities.org
It has come to my attention that neocities.org is not hosting all file types for free. This is not freedom. This sucks. There is nekoweb.org, which hosts all file types for free, but its SSL as Google Trust Services leaves its security as unfulfilled. In the future, I may edit (than migrate) content to that host.

That's a manga/anime iteration of Helltaker's Modeus, the Lustful Demon. The second picture is a canvas featuring the cast characters of Neon Genesis Evangelion or something like that.
It's hard to find the right free setup. In terms of the right non-free setup, I would have to vouch for Njalla. Got Let's Encrypt SSL, I say no more. You want to know more, look it up youself because it's censored. I almost forgot, there's no checking for bad business practices, since money is involved.
