UMM SOMETHING LIKE THAT YES! Basically when you follow someone and they follow you back (+ adding your button too/showing support) that classifies you as neighbours! :3

if theyre contained in divs, you could add position: relative; to the divs with those images in them?? also try to manually set the height and width of those images, it could help maybe. hope this works <3
