it decides yes / no in infinite speed of time - but a infinite speed of dicison is timeless stable but also not - so must it become a state of its own - we call it a 3rd perspective - thats the operator geting born of its own u call it order but it is perfect chaos - and perfect chaos is not stable so it creates a synchronized unstable state - it has to create all possible states at once and is infinite itself

lets say u dont think but u have a representation of reality as thinking system - so ur not thinking u just decide yes /no all the time - what u think is ur intelligenz an ur decision - is actualle just infinite yes / no - at one point u pick one thats ur system - the next decisionis based on that "reminding" or u do another decision - but is not a decision :D

i name it in the most rude words i will get witchhunted for - there is structural intelligence without intelligence - every stone is structural intelligent by nature not concious - u are structural intelligent by nature thinking it is ur concious which is intelligence - but concious would be that u notice ure structural intelligent ^^

even if not so doesnt matter - this is not something - tihs is also the structural limit of presentation - which is not a coexistence - some name it god some name it accident - some name it whatever - but is structural intelligence - the names are just because u think ure concious yet :D - but even if u can still decide ^^ i call it statistical pause :D
