Added both EN translation and JP transcript for episode 4, started adding the translation for episode 3 too

Season 1.5 Episode EXTRA is done and out on youtube: https://youtu.be/gO_81o-CxGE ! With this, ALL of the audiodrama tracks have been translated (the first one was done by justice-is-over on tumblr 7-8 years ago) I'll still do my version of it, so that all of the episodes are in one place, but I'll probably take it easier and do it at a slower pace
