I FINALLY FIXED IT

I'm keeping the stamps page the way it is ftr. i like it this way!~ Retro XD

sooo my favicon file is something i have to keep deleting and reuploading, because for some goshdarnded reason its not updating. I deleted the old one, but when i reupload the new one, that looks entirely different, it just. will not let me upload it as the new one. it shows it as the stupid old one.

sooooooo im upseting my site to try and clear everything to make it easier to update so it doesnt look like shit. HOWEVER. its not updating at all
