I'm a huge beginner despite having this site for 2 years because i actually didnt rlly do code until now ;;; if u have any help in mind i would appreciate
icant wrap my head around how im supposed to keep this one image in the same position for any screen resolution its like…my brain keeps fizzling out

its like. a river thing thats like a nav bar??? with critters swimming in it? i want to make my site a little more atmospheric and i think this might help but im not entirely sure on how im gonna do this without it looking sucky . apologies for the bad art i did this in 2 minuet
