if you mean something akin to a guestbook, but hosted locally on your site, they unfortunately don't work since neocities only supports static webdev (things like html, css and js), and you'd need PHP and SQL (dynamic languages) for something like that. pants pooped i'm afraid T_T

actually i just realised theres something like verbatim "htmlcommentbox" and i checked it out and it _seems_ to work?? it's kinda jank tho, but it DOES seem to work. if all fails you can always use atabook
