sillyquestion but to any of u that have animated buttons or just make animated graphics, what do program do u use??? i typically make my stuff in my art program but i rlly wanna make some animated stuff that isnt choppy asl T_T

Piskel (https://www.piskelapp.com/) is pretty good for sprites/pixel animations and easy to use! Paint.NET (https://www.getpaint.net/) is also good and there's a plug-in to add animations (https://pixelbyte.itch.io/paint-net-sprite-plugin) ^_^
