followed a tutorial and made a quick opening door with some HTML and CSS, really fun exercise to get into the spirit of the season :)

Aww beans it doesnβt seem to be working on mobile at least for my iPhone :(

Hover effects generally don't work well on mobile, so if you want to make the interactive door mobile-friendly, maybe you can make the door open upon clicking or tapping on the door.

Thanks for this tip! I switched the CSS selector to :active and now long press on mobile seems to work, but the images behind the door don't want to show up. :/

this is amazing. I can't imagine how much work went into animating this. I'm blown away.

Thanks so much for the kind encouragement! I really appreciate it :) Thanks also for designing such a great cup for the club! I've taken a guess at the correct dimensions for it to render approximately the same size as other cups, but please let me know the correct pixel dimensions if you can as the image you've provided looks like a scaled up version of the template.

Oh yea I scaled it up out of habit, sorry! The original dimensions are 52px by 40px

Thanks so much for joining us for tea! I love how detailed and beautifully animated your cup is~ kudos!
hmm managed to enable long-press on mobile to open the door, but only the background color displays, not the gifs... strange..
