Salad Magazine submission deadline is 2 weeks out - it's not too late to start on a submission! Also, theme voting exists for the next issue now (I have accomplished all of this from an iPad, which has been a great experience.) http://zine.kalechips.net

I love the insect-themed pouch! I have a couple of friends who obsess over these types of journals, but they DIY everything too. I was thinking of getting into something similar. I was doing a gratitude journal on my phone, but I prefer the feel of writing and drawing by hand. The happy list is a brilliant idea. I should try that too. Thank you for sharing!
