Memory is so powerful; like even if a place was never truly "home", those feelings of melancholia can be so real. I'm happy to hear that you're feeling renewed enthusiasm about your interests at least, there's nothing better than that!! ; __ ;
it sounds like a lot is going on for you, but i'm glad to hear you're feeling more passionate again :] i definitely understand that sort of nostalgic feeling that changes how we view our experiences also
nostalgia/melancholia definitely take hold of me often lol. takes effort to translate the feeling of frustration of that part of my life being over into gratefulness that i experienced it
!! thank you !! so jealous you saw some cute fish! i don't think there's an aquarium where i've moved to so i'll have to check out pet stores instead lol (also, looking forward to finding out what your mystery/redacted shrine is o.o )
wait this is revolutionary for me LMAO. can i ask what you mean by making that dummy a link to the original photo file?
Just copy the file you need a dummy of, go into Paint, click "Resize", check the pixel option and set the resolution. Just save the file and put the dummy in the middle of an A tag linking to the full-resolution image. It's not an elegant solution, but it massively cuts down on loading time.
slowly adding pages that didnt make the initial transition to getcubed 2.0. today, it's the fish shrine
Belated but I love the reworking for all your webpages AND YOUR FISH!! Casper is a beautiful boy!!
;-; thank you! i'm enjoying the mix of irl photos and nintendogs backgrounds lol
